Job Design: Involves
conscious effort to organize tasks, duties and responsibilities into a unit of
wok to achieve certain object. Job
design follows job analysis.
Thus, job
design involves three steps:
1.
The
specification of individual task
2.
The
specification of the method(s) of performing each task
3.
The
combination of task into specific jobs to be assigned to individuals
